      Pros

      The company culture is unlike any other organization - it's healthy, pro-employee, collaborative, helpful, and empowering. You have a lot of freedom to perform high caliber work and be able to do things differently so your creativity and skillsets can really shine. Management is the best. CEO, Andrew Burke is a true leader who believes in Core Values and the entire company from his senior executives down live by. Work is hard, challenging but fun. So happy to found a place like Bluberi to work.

      Pros

      It’s a great place to work. Most of the senior staff is super knowledgeable and willing to help.

      Cons

      Bluberi promotes almost exclusively from without, rarely does someone promote too far up at all and be willing to travel with zero notice and constant changes being rolled out that aren’t fully functional or well thought out. Experience doesn’t count for anything at all when put up against the resume of an outside party that belongs to someone whom a member of the management team has worked with before, no matter what the roll is.

      Everyone that you work with is passionate about what they do People are willing to work really hard and be accountable to their work Team is all rowing in the same direction We all believe in a future that is really bright

      The work can be hard we are trying to do something special Sometimes it feels like we are flying the plane while we are building it (we are) If you are use to a big company work environment it can feel very different
