pay is good, managers flexible with scheduling

Cons

only closed for 4 holidays, hours vary depending on weather, sometimes you will get 5 to 10 hours a week due to raining.

Flexible environment, demanding and competitive. The operation is dinamic and keep you working at all cylinders. Fertile ground to groom junior leaders.

Cons

Too many unwritten rules. Management tenure is very high so many rules are common knowledge vs. on black and white. Staying competitive in the labor market is challenging at times.
