Good company... Mostly

Pros

I'm a senior supervisor at a blue beacon truck wash and I have had a great experience with the company. Blue beacon is a great opportunity for young people, especially those in school, to get work experience and possibly supervisor experience. My managers are awesome and the experience I have had with blue beacon will help me get a great job.

Cons

The quality of management in the company is inconsistent. And having traveled for the company I've seen that they can be quite cheap when paying their employees, especially when they preach to strive for excellence. The work is not worth the pay in most cases and frankly it's a problem the corporate office could fix overnight.

Pros

Daily bonus is awesome you get a chance to make time and a half on your first day.

Cons

Weather dependent so there's a good chance that you're not going to get all the hours you're scheduled for.

blue beacon gives you good hours as many as you need.

Cons

its always night shift.usually work on the weekends.
