Fair amount of autonomy in your day to day duties

Where to begin…no raises in the last 2 years. No matter how hard you work your pay is pretty much always the same. R we here to sell ice cream or throw it away? When we tell the bosses the cases r bad and that’s why we aren’t packing them out don’t ask us to fill them all the way up. We know they will go down and lose product. Manage people better. Why do we put 3 people in the vault pulling orders and only 1 person loading trucks?
