      You can eat all the ice cream you want for Free, fixed schedule mon-friday, rare seasonal saturdays, yearly bonus

      Decent pay. Pay increases every year. Company car with gas card. Make your own schedule in the TM role. Advancement opportunities. Pension after 5 years. Free ice cream

      Cons

      Inconsistent schedule due to relying on others to show up. Turnover in the driver role. Feel pay could be better. Get spread thin.l with responsibilities in large territory. Weekend work more frequent than detailed in interview (Salary so you’re working for free). Even though you get a gas card you still have to pay 58c/mile to come to work everyday.
