Pros

-Fellow employees are nice to get along with. -Flexible work schedule for college students. If the hours below in cons don't -work then look elsewhere. -Get to use company vehicles to go to stores. -Very Easy Job.

Cons

-Not much to do. -Load trucks more than ever merchandising. -Workday hours (loading trucks) for part time are usually Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays 10am-noon until work is finished probably 4-5pm. -Only days for merchandising is Wednesday and Sunday 5am until finished and occasionally Saturdays if there is an ad -No designated lunch times or breaks

There was no real positives from my experience.

Cons

Very low pay, discouraged even taking a lunch break when working shift despite it being a basic working right, overworked/unorganized, and micromangement. I was lied to about my pay, treated like a 16year old (twice that age), not trusted even though there was no reason to do so, they treat drivers like they are the only ones in the company that matter, had to pay for a uniform, overworked and unorganized management.

Great medical insurance. 2 amazing TM's, hard working route drivers and shipping crew!

Cons

No training whatsoever 👉🏼 no management skills on the office manager or communication... Just always in a bad mood first thing in the morning went personal problems bringing to work.
