Great Money, Bad Management.

Pros

The job itself is mind numbing and easy. The money you make for the amount of work you actually do is great. The employees insurance is paid for. They match 3% 401k. They also have employee stock purchase.

Cons

Management doesn't communicate any information to the drivers. The branch manager is never around to talk to about problems. The sales manager loses his train of thought mid conversation. The territory managers don't actually do any work.
