Pros

Free ice cream in the break room

Cons

Money isn’t that great for the overall amount of work that’s done. Branch manager is way too intense. Heard rumors that he’s a homophobe. Either no raise or no noticeable raise this year but cost living keeps going up.

Pay is weak

Business Outlook

Pros

The pay is weak they don't tell you up front well to most that you make a certain amount on commission then when you get to a certain amount of money made that week u're commission drops in half. Not sure if it's really legal. The only real good thing in sales that is you still get a Christmas bonus

Cons

Health insurance is free to single people but they own there own insurance so that should tell you how good it is may take you months to get approved for an emergency surgery
