Pros
Flexible schedule, family friendly, my insurance is free, good work load, love my department, 401K match, pension, helps me provide for my family
Cons
NO employee incentive to do the right thing, lots of people still around with the old mentality, job openings aren't posted to employees, you CAN'T transfer departments(you would have to quit and re-apply, how crazy is that), people do what they want, little to no recognition, we DO NOT eat all we want and sell the rest(old Blue Bell did), they want you to do the same job for your career(happens more than not), NO thinking outside the box
