      Pros

      Good ice cream. Good people. Can't say any bad about them. You look for bad, you'll get it. It really has been a good time working for them.

      Cons

      None. Closed down 2015. Saddest day for all of them. They worked hard to get to the top of the market. Blue Bell really needs to be competitive in the job market with salary range for drivers and lower level staff.

      great team environment, encouraged to succeed, awards and incentives on a regular basis, end of year bonus was always great

      Cons

      early hours and split days off were not the greatest, having to work holidays like 4th of July and labor day not ideal
