      NOT a great place to work for anymore!

      Pros

      Only free health insurance except dental and vision.

      Cons

      Long shutdown due to listeria recalls. Poor management, cuts hours every fall/winter seasons for maintenance, no more overtimes, tiny raises keeps going down to almost none as you work there longer even if you have been working hard, too. No chances of advancement opportunities at all!

      easy work easy to blow off customers for your own personal enjoyment take breaks pretty much when you want

      Cons

      management wastes huge amounts of time and money turning small problems into bigger problems Listeria outbreak ruined many jobs and set the company back 20 to 30 years
