Pros

Great Company, from top to bottom! I loved working there! It was my favorite job and my favorite place I have ever worked with my 20+ years of job experience. No 2nd and 3rd shift, very few Saturdays and only a couple of holidays.

Cons

ZERO!!! I have no complaints!

Pros

Treat employees as family as much as possible. Hard to get fired. Great retirement plan. Decent benefits. Free benefits for employees. Great product- easy and fun to sell. Good possibilities for moving up if you are willing to relocate.

Cons

Long hours. Bad employees don't get fired fast enough. Benefits for families are very expensive. Pay is below average. Promoting can be difficult if unwilling to relocate.

Pros

Good money for no degree. Good benefits, I received a Christmas bonus every year I worked there.

Cons

When I started it was a family company. Things changed a lot over the years. Long hours, seems the harder you work the more they give you to do. Which is fine if they didn't cut your commission to 1% for selling more.
