Pros

Relaxed working environment, at sales level. Great employees, enjoyed the work and the set schedule. The benefits and the pay for the area.

Cons

Can't believe upper management and leadership could lay off almost the whole company to start over. Lots of people are jobless now because of a lack of leadership and bad decisions of a few.

One of the best jobs you can have. The job is easy and and you're basically by yourself.

Cons

Management often think they have all the answers. People above you can be low down and dirty and will lie to protect themselves. The recent recall doesn't help either spend more time being safe instead of on production.
