Lots of perks, inspiring and dedicated people who love Coffee. Room for growth if you know how to work for it.

Cons

Company is growing fast, sometimes neglects employee needs to cut costs. Overall is a pretty solid company to work for, certain regions get more attention than others.

In the advanced packing facility they have horrible working conditions that include tasks that leave you in very uncomfortable positions for up to 8 hrs. This is a very corporate company so they have begun to care very little about their employees and more about how much they are grossing. I've also experienced sexism here with leads speaking to me as if I'm dumb and seeing my fellow female coworkers getting treated differently than the males. The retention rate here is also extremely low. In the short time I was there I saw two people get fired and countless people quit. Managment is lazy and do not care about the well being of the people they manage.

Good coffee and health benefits. Employees are guaranteed 30 hours. Free bag of coffee a week and free drinks at any cafe.

Cons

Low hourly wage. A lot of uncertainty. The company is growing faster than they can handle leaving many of the current cafes neglected and employees dealing with more than they should have to.
