      Medical and 401K benefits were comparable to other mid-size businesses in the area

      Cons

      Management and partners lack awareness of the projects they are part of. Most of the PMs put in specific projects are not qualified and do not know how to deal with team members. There is a lack of understanding on the value of employees vs clients, and they only reward those who do favors for management.
