Business Outlook
Pros
Refreshing High Energy growing company that actually performs. Client are first and employees are actually rewarded and recognized. I learned a lot there.
Cons
There are some great people and leaders at the company however their is a disconnect in communications within the company . Some of the partners take advantage, gossip and are negative with their teams. It is a shame that upper management doesn't know they are getting stabbed in the back.
