Poor Management Envolvement - Complete Lack of Strategy !

The checks cashed... but ended up being paid once per month.

Cons

The position I was offered was not in line with the work I was promised. The Partners and Management are not empowered or engaged at all. The Reston Headquarters seems disconnected from those at the client site. The Leadership does not make the changes they say they will, they have no follow through !

I want to share more pros but I can not think of anything else.They are busy. Grew too fast. Company has money.

Cons

You get paid monthly.(once a month). No body stays there too long. Not many workers are happy. Too much favoritism. Managers (PM) don't know what they are doing. People gossip more than they work. Laud environment. If you take training you will end up paying for it. Because company will not pay to the institute. Once you get more experience just leave. Coffee machine and water dispenser were always inoperative cause they didn't want to spend money to upgrade to fix it. Not many nice people over there. PM picks one favorite person and that person runs the show and PM listen to that person only.

The employees that work here are amazing and hardworking. Lots of free time (because there is no real work)

Cons

This company is the wolf in sheep's clothing. They over promise employees and under deliver. The pay well below market value, and there is constant turn over due to this. You might read about people getting promotions quickly here because they are in title only and don't actually represent any specific skill level or salary. Any positive reviews of this place especially from Directors and Senior managers are biased and from people who have not worked long term at Blue Canopy. Avoid this place, you've been warned.
