Technology moves forward quickly to improve security protection and detection for customers. Upper Management is driven to make the company relevant and forward looking. Reasonable work/life balance.

Cons

A few people run the company. Very few women in engineering and upper management.

Competitive salary and Bonus package good work life balance

Cons

VP's and senior managers create their little kingdoms Very hierarchical organisation structure, the manager is the boss. No room for creatitivity and personnel development, unless you are close with the manage You work for the manager not for the company you can't twist your fingers wo/ politics. Hopefully the culture changes for the beter with Symantec.

Tons of fantastic technology to work with and an ever increasing demand to integrate all of these security tools provides terrific opportunities to explore and grow your career.

Cons

Lot of integration work ongoing that can be disruptive to product cycles, but will likely prove to be one of the key growth areas for our product lines once complete.
