Great working hours - flexible Good Benefits

Cons

Management - No back bones, do not take ownership, treat staff with lack of trust & respect, they all stick together & have no time for the true workers Gossip city & lots of unnecessary office politics Policies & procedures are rarely followed, very hit & miss People are favored & certainly a company 'if your face fits'
