Pros

I have worked for a few dealerships in my life. I have seen a lot of places preach that they train their employees to move past their current job title, but until I started here at BCRV, I never actually saw that happening. When I started here, that was evident right away. I have been given every tool I ever needed to become the best version of myself, and I have seen the most success in my life since. I would recommend working for BCRV to everyone I ever meet.

Genuinely nothing I would change! It is a strong place to grow.

Good money and that's it.

Cons

Headaches, drama, managers not doing their jobs correctly, not being paid for holidays. Detail is a type of service that the company provides but yet they have detail under sales which makes NO sense.
