This company provides exceptional RV experiences with regards to Sales, Service, and the overall ownership of RV’s. We Passionately help customers enjoy their RV’s and offer an ALL ENCOMPASSING family of stores to support them in their travels, all across this beautiful country.

Cons

We are human and falter at times, however we always strive to take the “high road” and do the right thing when we do falter.

The pros, has nothing to do with blue compass, the location you work at might have great co-workers like mine does.

Cons

Once they buy you out, they will promise you increased pay, training, etc. What I witnessed first hand was decreased pay, cutting marketing 1/4th, no communication, constant pay cuts, house ALWAYS wins with this company. I would not recommend to work or buy from any Blue Compass Location.
