Co-workers, nothing Blue Compass I would consider a pro since acquiring a successful business and driving all good co-workers out.

Cons

“We won’t change your pay”, changes pay. Cuts inventory in 1/3, removes profit from every camper to scraps, expects sales people to sell from other stores hundreds of miles away and leaves lot empty. This company comes from the car world and has bit off a lot more than they can handle. They flew me to Texas for a seminar where every single store I spoke with said the same things were happening at their locations. They took successful businesses and brought in a lot more obstacles to overcome fueled my corporate greed. Customers and Employees are expandable dollar signs. Run from Blue Compass.

The money starts out decent until they need more money to fly their private jet all over the country for "grand openings" aka their excuse to all get absolutely hammered

Management doesn’t care about employees only worried about making money. Said there was a mentorship program asked about it for 6 months and always got “I’ll ask about it” or “ I haven’t heard anything yet”.
