Pros

You are treated well, there is plenty of work, it seems like remote/hybrid is the way overall for Developers and becomes more flexible that you are there, Pay is about right for the current market. Teammates are actually all really enjoyable to work with.

Cons

Management can be closed off with communication and a lot of cliques it seems like. PTO won't accrue until after 4-5 months of being with the company, which can lead to early burnout. There is 0 ramp up time for learning the systems and they expect immediate impact right away with minimal training or clarity.

The pay was too low, upper management didn’t care about their employees. And local management were a bunch of sneaky back stabbers, tell you one thing and do the opposite.
