The industry is forever changing, so you cannot stop developing your skills and you have to keep up with the growth or you will be left behind.

Pros

You are treated well, there is plenty of work, it seems like remote/hybrid is the way overall for Developers and becomes more flexible that you are there, Pay is about right for the current market. Teammates are actually all really enjoyable to work with.

Cons

Management can be closed off with communication and a lot of cliques it seems like. PTO won't accrue until after 4-5 months of being with the company, which can lead to early burnout. There is 0 ramp up time for learning the systems and they expect immediate impact right away with minimal training or clarity.

Blue Compass truly invests in their people! I've been with the company for almost three years, and it has been a life-changing experience. The atmosphere is extremely positive, and there are amazing opportunities for growth. I started in sales, and in less than three years, I was promoted to GSM of the Bakersfield location. I can't express enough how much this company has transformed my life, and I am forever grateful for everything they have done for me.
