Very laid back, goal oriented. You are treated like grown ups that want to make their own living. No one is standing over you telling you what to do. You are able to negotiate your own deal up to a certain point. They empower the sales people to not just be yes men or women. Great pay plan in place.

Cons

You have to rely are your own self marketing. Not much coming through the door for sales.
