General manager shows lots of favoritism. Was laid off for no reason but kept other that had way less seniority.

General Manager is very elitist and stuck in old management styles. She likes to demean you and yell in front of other employees and customers (unless you are a female). She will not.promote within and sabotages promotion opportunities at other locations.

Sales managers dictate who gets up’s, there is no rotation for customers, massive mark ups, low level management is terrible at team building and micro manages every aspect. Records every call, text, email you send from computer and personal phone

Hard job no weekends off tough customers

Upper management has no idea what’s going on or how to teach.

I spent that two months doing very little in the way of training, and now that I'm certified and working flat rate instead of hourly, I'm unprepared for and simply unknowledgeable on many of the company standards. I was given a 30 day 40 hour guarantee to ensure I'm covered, which all sounds good, until I spent a total of 6 hours within two 8 hour days just waiting for jobs to be moved into my bay, then waiting longer for paperwork to start said work. The new manager told me that he's glad I have that guarantee so he doesn't have to make sure my bays are full of work, which translates to I can forget about you and get away with it. At least I earned my certification...
