Pros
Work is always interesting. The software is an incredibly robust product and the development team does a great job of understanding the industry needs and have created a reliable, easy to use program. Opportunities to help grow the business and expand your professional skills are endless. If you are willing to put in the work, that work will absolutely be recognized and you will be given the opportunity to take on more projects.
Cons
When training customers, most of that work occurs during the spring and summer, so there is a lot of travel during that time frame. However, not all of the positions require travel.
