Pros
Blue Cow is fantastic to work for! It's a very casual atmosphere and easy to adapt to. We are an extremely busy and continuously growing company. Co-Workers are fantastic and definitely team oriented. Management does it's part to stay involved when necessary and give you space to work independently as well. You will be compensated accordingly based on the effort you put forward (this includes annual reviews/raises and bonuses) and the benefits package seems above average.
Cons
Can honestly say I don't really have any "cons" to point out about the company. The only negatives would be the "standard" company issues that everyone else has. But, at Blue Cow if you have an issue and approach management with it they will work with you to find a solution.

Pros
Good health insurance This is a good opportunity to get work experience in customer support.
Cons
This is not a long-term place to work.The pay is not competitive and there is not a lot of opportunity for the majority of the employees. For a small company (under 30 employees), the retention rate is very low. The skilled people move on quickly. The actual job is repetitive and gets boring quickly.There is a never ending queue of support calls.
