Pros

- Lot's of teamwork here, you can always seek help from others and they are eager to help out and assist when needed - Management shows their appreciation and gratitude to the hard workers - Great product and always adding new features for the customers and to improve software - Customer satisfaction is the main goal and employees strive to achieve this - Plenty of projects to work on - Co-workers are fun and interesting people and bring ideas to the table - Great work-life balance

Cons

Sometimes great projects or ideas are implemented and eventually stop due to the "busy" season - keep these going!

- Good camaraderie between employees. - You can bring your dog to work. - Good work/life balance. - Fair benefits. - Relaxed dress code. - Customer service and installers have a great rapport with the user base. - Good place to gain experience in customer service.

Cons

- Expectations of management can be unclear. - Lack of positive reinforcement. - Bad QA leads to confusion and issues with releases. - Lots of hiring and firing, like a revolving door. - Performance reviews are rarely on time. - Management can be unprofessional at times. - Pay is not competitive, and most people don't have a clear career path.

Pros

I couldn't feel more fortunate to work for an amazing company with a great group of co workers and an incredible owner. From the moment I started with the company, I was instantly welcomed by the team who are always there to support my learning every step of the way. I love helping out customers get more out of the software and building relationships with so many people.

Cons

i don't have a downside to working here
