Decent entry level opportunity

Pros

Good health insurance This is a good opportunity to get work experience in customer support.

Cons

This is not a long-term place to work.The pay is not competitive and there is not a lot of opportunity for the majority of the employees. For a small company (under 30 employees), the retention rate is very low. The skilled people move on quickly. The actual job is repetitive and gets boring quickly.There is a never ending queue of support calls.

Pros

When I started, I participated in a comprehensive 3 week training program. The detailed review of the product and industry made for a smooth transition to my role. Even after that, my coworkers were friendly and always willing to help with outstanding questions about the software and market.

Cons

The work could be very fast paced and required strong time management skills.
