      Pros

      Very friendly staff and supportive state director.

      Cons

      No secure pay out the gate. There is not an immediate status of full time provided to employees upon hire. It takes months to work up to full time status where salary kicks in (which actually never happened as I had to leave the company due to financial hardship).

      Pros

      I had worked for Blue Gems for a couple of months & I have to say the owner & assistant were great. They really cared for their staff & clients. The only reason I am not giving Blue Gems a full 5 star review is due to lack of hours. I had requested for a full time position & was told that many RBT’s start part time to see if the company likes you. I was there for months, had requested to have another case added to my schedule. I stuck it out because I loved my client & his family. But after 2-3 of waiting for another client, I had to move on with another company. But if you’re looking for a company that will honor & respect you as an employee Blue Gems in the way to go.

      Lack of hours during my time with Blue Gems.
