An actual flexible schedule Amazing atmosphere Actually cares about you and the kids Great support in session and out of session And so much more

Cons

It’s not really a con but working in home makes it harder to make friends with your coworkers that you don’t constantly work with like your BCBA or clinic director but they have lots of company get togethers and they opened up a clinic as well that you can work at too to meet coworkers I just love being in home more.
