Pros

Prior to the current management this was a wonderful company.

Cons

Inexperienced and unprofessional leadership have led to many changes and inappropriate solutions to perceived problems. I have also had to manage several situations where an admin staff member was unprofessional with one of my clients, which left me in an incredibly awkward position a few too many times. This ruined several client and professional relationships and is not worth the average pay. There is also an atmosphere of an ongoing popularity contest that no one will win.

Pros

Michael, Tiffany, and Brittney have been incredibly helpful and attentive throughout my certification process. The team is highly communicative, making me feel valued and important as a future employee. Their guidance has made the process smooth and encouraging. I haven’t officially started yet, but I’m currently in training and very excited to be part of the Blue Gems ABA team!

Cons

The certification and onboarding process takes some time, which can feel slow when you’re eager to start working.
