- Good pay, compared to other companies - Supervisors/BCBAs are great, helpful, and supportive - Good company culture

Cons

- Most clients are young (early childhood 2-8 years old); only a con if you want to work with older clients - Upper management is friendly but not always responsive - hard to achieve full time hours unless you want to work 5+ hours with a single client
