The great manager, also part owner, is very knowledgable about the human, custumer-centric side of restaurant life—he treats his employees with the utmost respect and is willing to assist enhancing sales skills and provides frequent incentives to motivates the front of house.

Cons

my location wasn't high volume, nor were the price points high enough for me to earn more than ~11/hr in 2012
