Pros

Blue Moon Pizza is closed on Sundays which offer a great time to relax and be with Family. The atmosphere is laid back and ownership is always around to help with anything. The food is great and there is a great group of loyal customers.

Cons

There is not a lot of room for growth past the GM level as there are currently only 4 locations with no real plans to open more.

Pros

Wonderful atmosphere and great people to work with! They do promote from within and they are continuously growing that the sky is the limit with Blue Moon. I enjoyed my time there with them.

Cons

They isn't any negative comment I have at this time.

great teamwork, managers that are trained to provide service to their guests by providing an amazing workplace to their employees, a drive to provide excellent service along side high sales, wonderful owners, set employees up for service

Cons

high turn over rate due to the quality of excellence that they strive to achieve, normal cons of any service related job
