Pros

I love the people I've worked with here. Everybody is friendly and wants to not only see you succeed but help you succeed. Horizontal moves are quite common as well if you don't like your position.

Cons

Upward mobility is somewhat limited due to structured plans for career growth. You will be promoted according to schedule, but not any other way.

Pros

Relaxed Environment, Nice Raises, Nice vacation and benefits/retirement, Great location, Company seems to care about their employees, Nice rewards for good work (happy hours, company picnics), Lots of time dedicated to community service and volunteer work, lots of training opportunities if you want it and they really seem to care about the customer being happy.

Cons

Training for employees could be better, but over all an incredible place to work. Honestly if there's a bad review of this company it's only because of a disgruntled employee who didn't want to put in the effort.
