Friendly, Fun Workplace with Great Work/Life Balance

Pros

My co-workers are helpful and friendly. Everyone is always willing to answer questions and help with any issues. There are frequent training opportunties. The environment is fun and casual. We have the opportunity to volunteer on different charity events during our work time.

Cons

There are many projects going on simultaneously and it can be a challenge to keep them all organized and on track. We need additional employees.

Pros

- Laid back atmosphere - Friendly co-workers - Good IT infrastructure - Flexible time off - Delicious company picnic once a quarter

Cons

- Lack of cross functional training and work - Silo'd departments prevent major improvements - Complete lack of vision and leadership from upper management - "Downtime" literally sit around and do nothing for weeks (fun at first, but frustrating for someone looking to build a career) - Terrible software architecture
