Good work-life balance but challenging inter-team dynamics

Pros

Good work life balance, friendly team. Interesting work as there is always new things to learn. Management is open to hearing about how to improve processes.

Cons

Lots of changes in the processes, so standard work is sometimes confusing. Other teams outside of supply chain are difficult to work with and sometimes hostile. Feels like there’s a lot of constantly nagging to ask other teams to do their work before I can get my work done.

Inspiring work, celebratory team culture at launches, good medical insurance, plenty of catered lunches/snacks at the office

Cons

People brag about working every weekend and not taking vacation. There is limited proactive problem sharing/resolution; most teams will only share problems when it blows up in their face and blame another team.
