Company was great 3 years ago, A new rotation of employees from government contractors has come in which has changed the way the company fuctions

Cons

A lot of micromanagers and people getting hired and promoted based on being friends or prior coworkers. Difficult to move up if you speak out and are not known or in the "clic"
