      Pros

      Great pay, work life balance has been great, most employees have a great passion for the mission, empowered employees, and great diversity and inclusion focus.

      Cons

      Recently there has been an influx of ex-Boeing leaders, who bring with them an abrasive management style that sometimes lacks respect for employees as people. Cross functional collaboration toward a common goal has turned into finger-pointing and defensiveness. There has been significant churn in the organization structure, leaving individual contributors and managers searching for role clarity.

      severely understaffed to be able to support all of the work that is created by upper management being unable to weed out the chaotic projects created in the d*ck measuring contest going on between billionaires . average attrition is about a year- 2 years.
