Pros

Salary, exciting industry and challenges, some very smart colleagues

Cons

Culture lacks integrity, total lack of professionalism, it's about who "stabs you in the back the strongest" . It will never be a leader in the industry.

Pros

Great pay and benefits. In-house gym. Working with the most talented knowledgeable individuals in the industry. Always challenged.

Cons

Poor executive team that's trying to run the company as an old defense contractor, yet trying to compete with SpaceX.. good luck. Poor development execution that puts faulty project planning to the fault of the employee, and pressures them to recover schedule. No passion. Not many truly believe in the founders long term mission or objective, especially the space tourism part or the legal strategy. The founders 'philosophy' of avoiding PR (besides infographics and wealth/success flaunting) creates a vacuum in the public domain that the public DOES fill with negativity, which seeps in to the morale of the workforce. When the public HATES what you do and the person you work for, it's hard to remain enthusiastic or passionate. Huge turnovers in 2020-2021.

Pros

- Good pay. The incentives are great for the location - Opportunity to be a part of the space industry doing cool stuff. - Excellent place for college graduates with little to no industry experience. - Opportunity to learn independently with minimal guidance.

Cons

- Location could take its toll after a while and is a poor choice for professionals with families except if you are homeschooling your kids. - Not many mature employees; the majority are straight out of college: resulting in a severe gap in communication and mutual understanding. So if you are used to working with employees with significant time on the job and industry experience, you probably won't get it here. However, you can thrive daily. - Work-life balance is almost non-existent, owing in part to the work schedule. Be prepared to only work, sleep and repeat. The off schedules give an illusion of ample time off. But by the time you can complete your personal business on your days off, it's already Sunday. - Not much opportunity for career growth and development. - Poor inclusive culture and workforce diversity. -High attrition rate. - Poor, often inexperienced management.
