      -Pay is good (but be prepared for the stress and ridiculous expectations) -There are some good team members who really want to make a difference

      Cons

      -Leadership and Management disconnected from real issues -No bonuses/incentives - Different answers on timeline, depending on who you ask, about getting promoted - Not addressing Managers who don't know what they're doing but instead hoping they will leave on their own which leads to poor team morale -DL and TC don't know how to speak or motivate -Not a word from JB for the milestone 25th anniversary
