Pros

Managers want to listen but in the end it has to be the engineers that say it's ok. Jeff Bezos treats everybody really well.

Cons

Worst workmanship I have ever seen. If you want to ride a rocket filled of corrosion then this is for you. Engineers are too lazy to fix the problem and everything is use as is. They are not ready for human flight unless you don't mind R&D work.
