Pros

Amazing hardware you will learn a lot. Endless money supply. Even though most abuse this privilege. Free snacks and drinks for now.

Cons

Management is terrible. The coworkers that don't have much skill in there occupation are toxic. This leads to them talking bad about everyone else in the department and spreading untrue facts about individuals at the company. Management believes what ever they tell them. Rather than search for the truth and form there own opinion. Even if it is known a specific employee doesn't work, toxic, or just flat out can't do there job the company will never fire you. You will get fired from Mcdonalds for messing a burger up before blue ever fires you. I guess that's a plus if you don't have any skill and can sell your self enough to get a job. The company is going down hill faster than any other I have ever seen. Do yourself a favor and don't come to blue origin if you have true skill in your field. The grass is not greener over here. I wish there was someone that could help but upper management turns a blind eye and let's things continue as is. We will never be able to be a production company at this rate.

Pros

I love a good challenge, I enjoy doing different things almost every day, I am a total geek when it comes to really high tech and innovative processes and hardware, and Blue Origin gives me just that and much more. Thinking outside of the box is essential here, and an innovative idea in the morning can turn into reality by the afternoon. There's some of the brightest minds in the industry here, and you can always find someone who is an expert on whatever questions you may have, and people are always more than willing to share that expertise. All in all, Blue is a highly dynamic and cutting edge place to work, easily the most enjoyable yet most difficult job I have ever had.

Cons

The workload and pace can get a little overwhelming. I enjoy this, but it's not for everyone, as there are usually quite a few people waiting on you to get your job done, which can be stressful when you're the only one doing that job. It's not a good place to be a one trick pony, it's best if you have the jack of all trades kind of skills.
