      The pay is good and they furnish snacks.

      Cons

      Micro-management, Constantly asked to perform duties outside of your job description and to violate work instructions, No recognition for going above and beyond. Management ignores feedback.

      On-site gym. Food trucks on rotation. Flexible hours and Overtime opportunities. Travel opportunities to other sites

      Cons

      Lots of leadership changes; getting the right support can be a challenge. Metrics for everything, but on the ground, it's hard to see if it's being used for anything beneficial.

      Cons

      Flaccid managers, some are very toxic. Lots of ladder climbers that only promote their self-interests. Constant restructuring and process changes without warning or justification.
