      Great Place to Be - Incredible Mission and People

      Pros

      Awesome mission and people. Great opportunities to be a part of something new and keep moving the company forward. Rare opportunity to be part of a smaller and well-funded aerospace company with maturing products but with a start-up feel. The company has handled the Covid-19 crisis well.

      Cons

      Some of the "growing pains" referenced in the more negative reviews are present - but it is best to view those as opportunities and many of the changes are necessary to advance the products and company to the next stage of maturity. There is a lot of hard work to be done (long hours) but I find that I *want* to do it and I am happier here than I was working fewer hours in previous jobs.

      Pros

      Space has always been a dream of mine, and getting to work at one of the leading space companies was a dream come true. -Feels like a true family. Always get welcomed from the day I interviewed to my last day at Blue -Management truly cares about employee satisfaction -Tons of opportunities to work on what interests you -The mission/goals is admirable and people love working towards it -Free drinks/snacks -Very good leave package (PTO) in the aero/space industry in the Cape Canaveral area -Get to work with former NASA astronauts who are willing to talk about their former experiences.

      Cons

      I honestly do not have any cons. I did my research while I was interviewing and read all of the reviews of the company and management. I can wholeheartedly say that during my time at Blue, I did not experience any cons.
