Pros

The overall benefits package is comparable to others in the industry.

Cons

Grew too fast. Hired all the right people and put them in all the wrong positions. This led to burn out for some and boredom for others. The culture changed from being an exciting venture everyone wanted to be a part of, to a regular slave driving shop where nobody feels secure about having a job the next day.

Pros

Opportunities to learn and get exposure to many processes and activities. Dynamic and challenging. Well compensated.

Cons

The finance team is in a strange position where you are either an analyst or a senior director, with no middle management. As a result, the paths for internal promotion are essentially broken. They mistreated their managers—some of whom had been with the company for four to five years—by downgrading most to analyst roles, while two unfortunate individuals were laid off. Make sure to interview your hiring manager. Those with tenure at the company are generally fine, but the newer ones (1–2 years in) tend to foster a bro culture.
