      - Most engineers are intelligent and passionate about the field - Base salary is competitive

      Cons

      - My job is paperwork, paperwork, paperwork with absolutely no impact on the eventual success of the project. - Benefits package isn’t even close to what’s offered by tech or defense competitors - CEO and executive management is incredibly out of touch and has no clue how to guide this company to success
