      Toxic Workplace/Burnout - BEWARE

      Pros

      Some engineering groups are great and want to work together to drive down costs. Innovative work scope. Lots of celebrations for company successes.

      Cons

      Toxic environment. Management talks negatively about employees to other employees. Yearly reviews ask for positive and negative feedback. If management has issues they will focus on only negative feedback. Gossip is rampant within teams. If one person knows something then everyone knows what’s going on. Extreme time commitment is expected. Work life balance is not a thing. Direction from executive management changes as it goes down to first line management. No opportunities for upward growth.

      A portion of the engineers hired here are great at what they do. Vulcan+BE4s flew by some miracle.

      Cons

      Management in the Engines organization might be the worst management structure in the country.
